I wanted to share this beautiful plant with you. I do not know the name of it so if any of you want to share your thoughts I would love to hear it! This plant was given to me as a gift, it is just now blooming and the color is stunning!! I can't believe it made it through the Texas heat..so pretty sure it is drought tolerant! Beautiful and purple.. Stunning.... Agree?

What a beautiful plant. I don't know the name of it. Right now in the Houston area lots of beautiful plants and flowers are coming out for the fall. I hope where you live in Texas you have gotten some rain. I'm still watering every day.
Hello neighbor! I love this plant & have it in my garden too! It is an Obedient Plant. I got a start of it from my mom & dad in Denton & it spreads quickly & is such a pretty color! I enjoy your blog so much! I just had an outdoor wedding for my son & your daughter's wedding gave me so many wonderful ideas! Enjoy this beautiful day in Texas!
