Of course, one change calls for another!

This was looking out the kitchen window before.. then I re-junked the wonderful red chandelier. I loved the whimsy of the chandy -thought the roman shades were a bit heavy. I found these adorable crocheted pieces the other day while shopping at Jo's. I loved them all due to the no matching, different colors of cream and white, different patterns and sizes. I hung them with silver wire and clips from Ikea. Don't you think it is so light and airy and perfect with the chandy? Let me know your thoughts!

O, Val.....those are the cutest curtains ever. They are just perfect with the chandy. I am about to have a hissy fit for a couple of cute chandies but I haven't found any cute ones like yours. I'll just keep looking. I want a candle one for my bedroom...there will be one when I least expect it.
This room of yours is precious with the new curtains...

I love what you did with the "curtains". Aren't you smart? (Yes, I called you that even though you painted American Oak)...I'm working on forgiveness. haha! ~Mindy

Your chandelier is so charming! I want to do something like that to the light over our dining room table. I'm just scared to mess with the electricity involved in taking it down to paint it. I guess I could ask my husband to do it, but I hate dragging him into all of my crazy ideas!
Happy REDnesday,
