Cabin Fever-turned Junkin' Adventure!!

Well you know I had a cabin fever after the first day -- so Mama and I set out early one am for a little field trip. First Stop-Athens, Texas! I had such a nice visit with Gloria who is the owner of The Sweet Pea Collection, Inc. AND Winnie & Tulula's. When you meet Gloria in person ask her how the name of Winnie & Tulula's became her storefront. You will love Gloria! AND oh my gosh the bedding & slip covers are magnificent! and look all I found..

Then we headed up the road a bit traveling West to Malakoff, Texas... where I found these gal's! Junk Palace and Curious Goods

I hope you enjoyed the tour! I am a little behind on the Father's Day luncheon... and the kids are on the way! Later .. HUGS .. I MISSED YOU ALL!

Those are my favorite kind of stores.... browsing through what some may seem as junk (like my hubby) I could spend hours there.

You would have a hard time getting me out of those wonderful places! My daughter used to live in Texas and we stopped going and coming at some of the "treasure shops". I miss that but I am glad she is much closer now.

Thank you for sharing.

I could spend all day in stores like that!

By the way, I just love the blue cottage in your header.

I wish we had some of those stores here in my immediate area. There are some, but most are far away. I love junk and I can't seem to find it! Hope your Father's Day was fun, ours was!
