I'm back.....

We had a great time camping in the little Shasta... I am telling you for two people she is soooo small, and I hinted all week-end we should go ahead and purchase the Airstream instead of waiting till next year!
It was beautiful weather - lake was sparkling blue, the friends we met there were awesome!  I completed my first 20 mile ((yes that is right!!)) bike ride!! I surprised myself and LOML!
Our slice of heaven for the weekend! See the sparkling water behind us!
Our new friend... Rocky Raccoon!! Came to visit us every night! Adorable!!
Deer wondering through the park the entire time! beautiful!!
Kim made this amazing monkey bread in her dutch oven!
Kim & Vance kayaking... they loved it! Vance caught his first fish out of it!

As you can see it was a fun week-end!! Hope you all had a great week-end!

How wonderful! Looks like you had a wonderful time! I know what you mean with our little trailers being so tiny! Hubby gets out first thing in the morning so I can "tidy" things up! Fun, fun!

Hugs,
Maryjane

That little trailer is so cute. If you get the Airstream, what will you do with the Shasta?

How Funny -- Been there and done that! My husband & I had one like yours, and we were always dodging each other. One night he tried to climb over me( I refused to sleep against the wall) to get out of bed and cut his bottom on the a/c and needed stitches ;o. Right then I decided - bigger is better for camping!

Valarie,
Hubby and I have been tossing around the idea of getting a camper. Now that I am approahing mid-50's something about being out in the woods alone with no telephone, etc is appealing to me, lol We probably won't do anything this year, but how much are you asking for her?
