OOO, you do have the most beautiful patio...love your fireplace so much. We just don';t have the good weather here in West Texas to enjoy a patio often. Too hot, dry and buggy in the summer, to much high wind and sand during the spring and waaay too cold in the winter. Fall seems to be our "get out on the patio" time and it is waaay too short.
Hope you are selling lots of houses. The market is at a standstill here in Lubbock.:(

Yes, I remember spring and I'm really looking forward to it. I posted pics similar to yours a couple of weeks ago. Isn't it funny when you look at those from summer and realize how vividly green it can be?
One more thing, I'm hoping to come to the McKinney Home Tour again this year. We really enjoyed it last year.
Thanks for the pretty patio pics. We can all use that about now! I love your fireplace. I would like to have one in my backyard. Maybe someday :)

Oh Valerie, I can't wait for Spring! Today the weather is Spring like here in East Texas...hope you guys are also getting it up there. Maybe the snow and ice are gone for this year!?! Crazy Texas weather.Gotta love it!
