The main reason I love my career is I get to preview new, old, vintage, falling down, foreclosures,  and properties ranging in price from 45k to mulit million $$ homes. They all speak to your heart in different ways... the history behind the home.... the family stories & memories.   

Today I was asked to preview this beauty -

Barndominium-- come on in!!

My sister Fannie just completed their barndominium in East Texas-  I'll take my place on the front porch! 

Love all the tin - everything in this barn has meaning... everything family heirlooms!

Saddles, hats, old lanterns and above the mantle pictures of my brother in law & his brother when they were little cowboys!

Love the kitchen area and the bar .... old lunch boxes above the shelves belonged to my brother in law when he was a little cowboy! 

Custom made turbine wind lanterns hanging over the bar -- 

Guest Bath - old sink and clawfoot tub were old family pieces they had refurbished 

Chippy old cabinet and stool .. love that too!

This weekend had 2 showings on my friend's home! Listed for $779k!  

Newest listing belongs to friend Keri, adorable cottage in the beautiful historic district of Mckinney!  Home on the market 5 PM Friday under contract this afternoon!   

It really is a doll cottage!! 

Tomorrow "my" someone special is having a birthday!!
