Check it out.... Humm.... this is on the main street coming into the District... I was hinting last night to LOML you think we should sell the blue cottage for this??? (yOu DON'T want me to repeat his response!) but I had to share with you.... ONE OF THE MOST PROMINENT MCKINNEY LANDMARKS, RICH IN HISTORY. BUILT FOR CAPTAIN TUCK HILL, COUSIN OF FRANK AND JESSE JAMES. INCLUDED IN THE HISTORIC TOUR OF HOMES, MCKINNEY LIVING MAGAZINE, AND COUNTLESS BUS TOURS THROUGH HISTORIC MCKINNEY. TASTEFULLY ENHANCED AND MAINTAINED IN ORDER TO PRESERVE HISTORIC INTEGRITY. LUSH LANDSCAPED .50 ACRE LOT, FULLY SPRINKLERED INCLUDING KOI POND,WATERFALL, AND LARGE DECK FOR ENTERTAINING.
Well, what are your thoughts??? I can see the ferns hanging on the porch with a swing, all the trim painted in black, flower boxes hanging on the fence... must I dream on???
I did ask LOML to reconsider!!
Have a great day!

Dream house!!!
I have to say I really like your house better. It's so cute back there in blue. But I am very enamored of your place!

Well, I would say that beauty is just about EVERY woman's dream house. Just the utilities and upkeep would be tremendous, tho, I guess. Very pretty!
I left a comment but...where is it?
ANYway...yep..I would LOVE this pretty thing.
Cost a lot to live in it, tho....:(
Go for It!!!!
at first i thought you were showing a home fairly close to Old Sweetwater, but then read the post. (note to self: take photo of "sister" house)
both are beautiful and it's like comparing apples to oranges. each home is so unique...
it's fun to dream!
OH, I say GO FOR IT! Okay, no offense to 'The Blue Cottage', but hey, look at this place! And it's a piece of history too! Priceless!
