When spring is around the corner, the first thing I buy are boston ferns!! Hung this one on the front porch... many more hung around the cottage! (crossing my fingers no more freezes!)
Oh I love boston ferns, they are fabulous! When I hear the word cottage, all I feel is warmth and coziness! I am a new follower and I am happy I dropped in. Come see me! Nancy's Notes
My front porch is also adorned with boston ferns, three of them! I was more ready for them than they were as I had to keep checking at the garden store until they came in! Now I wouldn't be surprised to spy a nest in one of them soon, as happens every year.

Yup. We buy Mom a Boston Fern every Mother's Day. It's a tradition! I am liking that pic of the one at the cottage. ~Mindy
ReplyDeleteThe fern is beautiful. That reminds me I need to get something in my basket and hang it. Hope all is going well with you.

I just finished grooming my boston ferns. They make a home even homier! I think they really spell summer!
