    Oh, I haven't had a Maple Nut Goodie in forever.....I used to LOVE those so much. Candy corn is good with peanuts to cut the sweetness...and then it tastes like a PayDay bar! Thanks!

    Whooooo....love fall candy, but it's been years since I've had those maple thingees....yum! I also like those small little pumpkins that taste like candy corns.

    When my children were young I had a special mason jar that I would put candy corn in each fall. It sat upon our old Hoosier cabinet. Now that my oldest daughter is grown and married with children of her own, she has a special jar that she puts candy corn in. We as parents make memories with and can pass simple traditions down to our children. (I'm a grandmother of four, but I'm not that old. Just turned 50 in Sept!) I'm a Texas girl too!

    Maple nut goodies remind me of my first job - way back in the 70's! I worked after school and weekends at Perry Brothers. We had a candy counter stocked with maple nut goodies, chocolate covered peanuts, candy corn, malted milk balls, etc. We wore blue smocks over our clothes. The smocks had big pockets - perfect for sneaking a handful of goodies into ! I would love to be entered in you giveaway!!
